Summary Samsung A31
While its design for the Galaxy A31 isn’t exactly fresh for a low-cost Samsung gadget, I appreciate the design’s sleekness and lightweight. The body is made of polycarbonate and feels robust, however, it picks up fingerprints very easily. Overall it’s a good phone. Galaxy A31 was comfortable to use every day throughout this review.
Galaxy A31 Galaxy A31 has a sharp 6.4-inch full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixels) Super AMOLED display. It was enough in regards to brightness even in daylight. The display has a fingerprint sensor that isn’t particularly fast, but it works well if you give it a good press.
Samsung has employed MediaTek’s Helio Octa-core SoC which I would be okay with it in a smartphone that is priced at more than Rs. 10,000, but I wouldn’t want it on a phone which costs more than the number of ₱13.495. Samsung’s One UI v2.1, based on Android 10, also feels slow in general.
The four cameras on the back have a 48-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel sensor, an angled lens, a 5-megapixel depth camera, and a macro camera with a 5-megapixel resolution. The cameras on Galaxy A31 Galaxy A31 are very underwhelming and do not have many features found in other phones priced much less.
